About this site/Contact
There is no such thing as the definitive guide to Killarney. This site is a one-stop source of information on Killarney Ireland for tourists or for those who are curious about the beauty and history of this famous town and its surrounding country.
The information is collected and refined from a number of sources on the internet, from guide books and my personal experience. Thank you to friends and family who have shared information and tips.
Similarly, please send me your comments, tips, and information. Your contributions and suggestions will help keep the information up-to-date, accurate and helpful for future visitors.
I plan to have a multi-lingual version soon.
Go raibh mile maith agaibh (pronounced ‘gu rev meela mah ah guiv’ and means thank you very much)

Greetings!
I am using the same Wordpress theme as you on a client site, and experienced the same problem that you described at the Wordpress site (your post below).
Could you please tell me how you solved the problem? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

During my research on the Ark of the Covenant one of the topics of interest was trade by seafaring in the ancient world. The irish have the Melisian legend of ancient seafares from spain invading the island in the 10 century BC and whose travels went into the Crimean in the Black Sea, the levant and Egypt. Could the population from this generation and their travel be the origin of the norh african and spanish genetic links??

Hi
It is my Son’s 21st Birthday on 28th May, and he is a big fan of Billy Connolly. It has been his dream to see him in concert. I wondered if trips from England or Wales to Killarney. He will have a problem hiring a car because he won’t be 21 years old until after the concert. Is there anyway that I can arrange this trip for him as a surprise.
Thank you for your help.
